What can I say, I used to love this place. Now, not so much as there are no rules, residents are left to create their own, I pray daily for God to watch over us. No one cares about this place or its residents, life here has become visible difficult. Please look elsewhere if you are considering KSV.

The current management team (Pat and Cathy) is horrible and totally untrustworthy. Worst experience in my life. I reported them to their corporate office and the corporate office turned a blind eye. Horrible experience. Be careful. Horrible. Horrible.

"Light Sleeper" warning! Kingwood Senior Village is located close to the the railroad crossing at Northpark Dr. & 494. I am awakened by the train whistle/horn at about midnight and then again between 3 & 4, in the morning. I was hoping to get used to the noise, but it has been 8 months and I still wake up. As a light sleeper and having good hearing, I am locked into my year lease. To leave will be costly. I must say the complex itself is quiet and the staff fixes problems promptly. My mother lives there, and her neighbor is allowing her 20-something grandson to live with her. The management does nothing to stop this, and the police are called often because he is knocking on people's patio doors, peeping into neighbors' windows, revving his car engine at all hours of the night, etc. My mother is terrified and can't sleep at all there.

KSV is a great place to stay, they are well kept, have an organic garden and a fantastic staff. Lots of activities and a van to carry you to the doctor and the grocery store.

The staff is awesome, the apartments are beautiful and reasonably priced.
