I went to this place in December 2010 to have my oil and transmission flushed and changed using my own Royal Purple fluids that I brought in. Today, March 3, 2011, I drove my SUV to work and when I got out of my vehicle, it smelled like something under the hood was burning so I checked my oil levels and to my surprise, there was NO oil in my vehicle! NONE!!! I now look forward to very expensive repais and have to find a way to get oil in my car without driving to get the necessary oil replacement. I have never had any oil st... read more
And yet she does not tell you she prob went over the rec milage for that oil. But she only point fingers to blame the little guys. Maybe car royal purple and tge manufacturers of the vec and do some research. This place is one of the best oil shop in south east tx.
