This was the absolute worst place I have ever lived!!!!. Looks are very deceiving when it comes to this place. From the day I moved in my two young boys (newborn and 7yrs ), my hubby & I were harassed by the tenants. They have some secret society neighborhood watch called the corner whom told me via letter stuck on my door that they felt intimidated upon my move in. Lets just say if i knew what i know now i would have never moved here. I have 2 children under the age of 9 and they cant even play without us getting complaints or the cops being called. You have to many nosey neighbors i mean i cant even sit on the belcony without them being in our business. We were never notified about a CSC offender living here. Worst place I have ever lived! There is lead paint in the apartments. Mildew in the bathroom ceiling. Any little noise and the elderly neighbors will complain. They try to make tenants pay for repairs that are there responsibility! There's bee's everywhere. The owners are stuck up careless women. If you care about your health and privacy this is not where you want to call home. Oh there is a sex offender that lives in the building to
not the best place to live. the hot water hasn't been working for months, the oven is broken, the bath room ceiling has been leaking since I moved here three years ago, the maintenance man is a felon who blasts his radio, runs & stomps up and down the stairs day and night, lies to his boss, tries to go around intimidating people, and acts like he owns or runs the place. they keep raising the rent, so I can't save up to move somewhere else.
