I was a resident of Kingwood Apartments as part of a temporary relocation. The location was perfect! Just in the middle of town, close to everything -- gym, shopping, entertainment, but it doesn't feel like it's in the middle of town. While just off Memorial, it's surrounded by trees making it seem private and remote. And the wildlife can't be beat, so many birds and squirrels to entertain! I have lived here for A year, we have new windows and the patient doors have been replaced with French doors. I haven't had any bugs in my apartment , the exterminator comes every month. I love these apartments .
