No stars! DO NOT USE!!!! These guys are complete idiots who not only tried to charge me $6,900 to fix my AC, they also RUINED my ceiling by not hooking up the drainage pipe correctly after they looked at the unit! Which caused a water leak!!!! They claimed this was not their fault and refused to fix it! We have never had any leakage problems in our home until they entered our home! BUYER BEWARE! When my home AC system went out at the hottest time in Houston I've ever seen I had Kingwood Air come take a look at my ac system. After inspection it was deemed the system will need to be completely replaced (I knew it was coming I just had hoped to get a little more time out of it.) Very happy with the service I received!! My AC took a dump on me during the hottest time ever. I called my warranty people and they couldn’t get anyone out to look at it for at least 5 days!!! That was too long to wait so I started calling around and after a few calls found Kingwood Air Repair. They were the only company that could come the next day. Every other place was a 3-5 day wait.
