TLDR - You will have a great experience if you like friendly and skilled staff, a disability (mental and physical) friendly office, and a super clean facility. My experience at KWD: All together my experience was amazing, I have bad anxiety and they didn’t make me feel guilty for not flossing but more so excited to floss. Absolutely love my new dentist , Dr. Ehsan. It has been a seamlessly and absolutely wonderful time at the dentist (I know who says that!) but I mean it with regards to the thoroughness of how everything is explained, welcoming staff and generally minimal pain for what are scary processes for me. I appreciate all the care and don't get as freaked out going to the dentist. Thank you to both Dr. Ehsan and a wonderful hygienist (Victoria, I believe) who make it very comfortable every time.
I usually go to their sister location down the street, but this location is just as wonderful! The clinic is clean, the staff are knowledgeable, and everything runs so efficiently. I felt very well taken care of and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommend!
Great experience at the dentist here. Everyone is extremely friendly, respectful and informative. They provided a fantastic service and everyone there welcomed me as it was my first time at this location.
