Awful Customer Service, terrible quality I had the worst customer service experience of my life at the Kingsway office in Livermore. When we opened a cabinet from the box, the door had a huge dent and scratch, which had been filled with a white filler and the factory gloss was even over it. When we took it to be returned, we just brought the door as our contractor had installed everything else in order to meet his deadline. Shop at kingway, you'll be glad you did. so far so good. we checked out several cabinet stores in the area. we really shopped around and were pleased here. Kingway was the only outlet which offered the soft close, and pull out cabinets that were at very minimal cost or included in the price, unlike the others, which charged much more, or didn' tprovide the service at all. the guy created a 3-D of our kitchen for us right there. something that takes a lot of time. we didn't get this service elsewhere either, His granite was c... read more
Higher priced If you are looking for new cabinets kingway has a nice variety. I know they say outlet but to be honest for an outlet pricing seems a little high to me. The gentleman I dealt with was very friendly though.
