If ur late on payment they charge you like crazy the late charge they wont work with u at all, if they see you sinking they'll throw rocks at you. You have till the 3rd every month to pay but unfortunately when I tried to pay on the 3rd they were closed 4th closed 5th closed early but hey it's in the lease they said, not my problem we dont care they said. plus I have my upstairs neighbors toilet leaking through my bathroom roof 🤢 1 star

They take great pride in mold and mushrooms growing in the apartments. I will never rent for any of these apartments again.

Have no problem with the apartments! The apartment was very clean, I though we had a leak and they were there within the hour to fix it. The office staff, and property staff are probably the nicest people I've meet here also!

I've lived here about 4 yrs now. They are prompt with repairs, the staff is friendly, neighbors have been neighborly, rent is reasonable. Only complaints the pool is closed too often for chemical maintenance, sometimes for 3 or 4 days running. Also the parking lot needs to be restriped.
