Scott took my 5000.00 for a down payment on a home in Kingswood Plaza with no problem, but when I choose to go a different route and move out of state, he would not return all of my down payment. He only returned 3000.00. He said that the rest was for cleaning and all the paperwork that 21st mortgage company did. So more less I got screwed out of 2000.00 for a bunch of paperwork. This is not good business practices. So be ware he is a Crook. He will take advantage of you every chance he can
