We purchased a home and needed some pieces for our Kingswood kitchen. Jeff was very quick to respond to our queries and when my husband placed the final order in Danbury, he found the customer service to be excellent! When we needed an additional modification, he submitted an ASAP order so we could get in a timely manner.
This is a new posting about a very old experience I had with Kingswood. In 1999 and 2000 I was building my dream loft and I wanted 18 in deep by 42 in tall wall cabs made from solid cherry. Nobody in NYC would make the tall doors out of 5\4 stock for fear of warping and splitting suggesting mdf and veneer, but I really didn't like that solution. Product is decent for the price but definitely not a premium custom made cabinet. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. We're 4 months after installation of the cabinets and we're still missing doors and shelves. They don't reply to emails or respond to phone calls and I'm having to chase them to get this resolved months after it should have been. We are happy overall with the final product to their credit.
