i’ve been to this flower shop many times and am usually pleased with the customer service. Today I had a terrible experience and I am never giving going back. The lady that I was dealing with was extremely rude. I had flowers in my hand and she loudly said in-front of the whole store very rudely that i can’t take those flowers because they are for in order.
