This apartments are so good, affordable and comfortable. Leasing office acts fast on issues. I highly recommend any body to join this apartments. Nice community is a big advantage.
These are nice apartments in city center of Saginaw, nice neighborhood, work order staff response is very quick, friendly office staff and excellent maintenance of snow cleaning, leaves picking....
Old Orchard by the bay is one of the finest communitis in the area to live at. The staff is awesome! They are very helpful & make sure they tenants are also taken care of. The landscape in the community is also very beautiful & it makes you love living here even more. The apartments are very spacious. Can't say enough great things about the complex.
Don't move here!!Management is lazy!! It has been 6 weeks since I complained about my toilet. After 4-5 maintenance personnel working to fix it,management said it would be replace,instead, another worker came in and adjusted the toilet, still running!And guess what?,now I have cash missing!
This place does not even deserve one star. The Manager Mark is a joke, I paid my rent on time every month. Mark sends me a note saying I havent been paying the right amount of rent since Sept. mind you this was Jan when he wrote me this and wanted a big lump sum for me to stay. He took my rent for 5 months and then tells me wrong amount, Why couldnt he come to me in Sept and tell me I was not b paying right amount. but see Mark the manager is afraid of confrontation and supposedly sends all his correspondence by the united S... read more
We lived at Old Orchard for 2 years and rented the atrium. The apartment was very roomy and clean. The office staff, maintenance and grounds were exceptional employees and friends. They made living there a pleasure. Great pool area with awesome community building. We had our wedding reception there. The grounds were kept up immacuately and whenever there was a problem maintenance fixed it right of way. The girls in the office were always professional, but made it easy to become friends with. I really like living at Old Orchard by the Bay. I have a 2 bedroom townhouse with a fireplace, small patio and full basement – more than big enough for me. After selling my big house, I thought I would live here for a year and then find a smaller house. However, I am now spoiled by the friendly office staff and quick response to maintenance problems like when my garbage disposal got plugged. My husband and I lived at Old Orchard for several years when we first got married. We only moved because we thought we wanted a house. After several years of home ownership we realized we couldn't maintain the lifestyle we were spoiled with at Old Orchard. Here we have a lovely home and the staff is fast to respond with any maintenance issues. I can't say enough about how beautiful the grounds are kept. My family and I have lived at Old Orchard since my son was 1 years old and he is now 11. We moved out for a bit and had to move back. No other apartment complex is as nice as the units at Old Orchard. They have many different floor plans. We have a 3 bed townhome and it is spacious and absolutely gorgeous. The office staff have become like family to me and I missed them while I was gone.
