I have only worked with Kingswood once but my experience with Igor, Ann and others on the team was excellent. Communication, pricing and knowledge were top-notch. Would've liked a slightly quicker turn around on the drawings themselves but you can't blame a company for being busy! I would definitely recommend them and will, myself, be back!

Highly recommended! Contacted Kingswood Engineers Ltd. For basement foundation cracks. Made appointment and engineer showed up as scheduled. Our assigned engineer was Igor and he was very easy to work with. Igor answered all of our questions and was thorough. Igor examined all walls and concrete floor. We went outside around perimeter of house so he can inspect grading. Certified detailed engineer report was emailed to us on time. I asked for a hard copy and it was sent out promptly. Igor from Kingswood Engineer was fabulous. We had a severe issue with the structure of our home and Igor was quick to respond, extremely informative, gave practical advice and provided us with the solution needed to ensure a catastrophic event did not happen with our home. We would use Igor again!
