Throughout our project, we changed our minds several times about the work we wanted done, and each time the team was patient, flexible, and quick to adapt. Working with Kingswood was a great experience from start to finish. Although our project was relatively small, Igor treated it with care and professionalism. Excellent and rapid response to my questions, and honest evaluation of the scope and costs for a potential home project. In the end I pushed pause only because it was too large to tackle at this time, but when I circle back to it I will not hesitate to engage the Kingswood team.

The Kingswood team came on board after our first designer was not able to address the building inspector's concerns regarding our rear addition project. The construction was basically at a standstill. Igor's team helped address several building code issues and made sure to work with the building department to get us over the finish line. Very strong structural engineers. Would highly recommend.
