If I could give them ten stars, I would. The entire team is competent and professional. I hired Kingswood to do the engineering calculations and drawings to remove part of a load bearing wall. It ended up being much larger project as time went on. I managed the project on my own without a GC, so I also hired them to submit the permits for me. Man, am I glad I did that. I have only worked with Kingswood once but my experience with Igor, Ann and others on the team was excellent. Communication, pricing and knowledge were top-notch. Would've liked a slightly quicker turn around on the drawings themselves but you can't blame a company for being busy! I would definitely recommend them and will, myself, be back!
Highly recommended! Contacted Kingswood Engineers Ltd. For basement foundation cracks. Made appointment and engineer showed up as scheduled. Our assigned engineer was Igor and he was very easy to work with. Igor answered all of our questions and was thorough. Igor examined all walls and concrete floor.
