BED BUGS BED BUGS BED BUGS AND very unsafe living conditions. Please do not move here!! They are not prompt at handling these matters one bit and do not care about the safety of the residents at all. I am really heartbroken and feel powerless that I decided to move here. Someone please help?
Nobody is on the premises to answer any logistical questions. They will tow your vehicle for not having a parking pass they themselves forgot to issue to you, and you don't even pay for the parking pass in the first place. Then they'll tow you AGAIN on a holiday, when they weren't even open to fix the first issue in the first place. They'll look you in the eye and tell you you're at fault for paying to pick up your vehicle and outright refuse to work with you on rent as a result. Very nice
This is the most disgusting place I have ever seen. They freshly remodeled so it looks nice but a completely empty building was roach infested. They would not give me my full deposit back and acted like I was beneath them. Especially Mary Hall
If i could give them no stars i gd would. Roach infested, paint covering outlets and lights, no help from matinence whem you ask. Thoes are just the first of many issues presented while ive lived here and we've just had to deal with it becaise no matter how many times we called NOBODY EVER HELPED. I actually hated living here the people are so nice but they and i have had to deal with the gross misconduct by 5 different apartment managers in my year of living here.
