Kingswood Apartments I would not rely on Kingswood apartments to give you security if that is what you are looking for in a home. As newly weds me and my husband rented a town home and were excited to move in seeing how the rates were so low and in such a great neighborhood! Yet as soon as we moved in we noticed our neighbors music was up loud at all hours of the night, none of our complaints were responded to.. The cops had to be called and even still the apartment managers did not help with the constant harassment we had f... read more
Great place to live - owning company not nice! I lived in Kingswood in a one-bedroom apt. before I got married, and then once married, we rented a 2 bedroom townhome. We loved it. The community was very nice - friendly neighbors, etc. The pool, laundry room and tennis courts were well-kept. The soundproofing of the apts and townhomes was wonderful. We seldom heard our neighbors through the walls. The rents were reasonable. The on-site management was good, too. There are 2 complaints. Once we ,moved out, there were some charg... read more
