It's been nice here. The apartment was clean when I got it and the office is friendly. One of the better places I've rented from. Cat friendly.
Been living here for almost two years. the spot is nice neighbors are wonderful. but that’s the only good thing. i’m constantly having problems with my apartment and stuff not working, outlets, dishwasher, shower, etc. management is constantly trying to raise my rent. they have given termination notices for every little thing. i’ve locked myself out multiple times and called them for help and they didn’t care and didn’t do anything about it. while i have my animal in the apartment. i’ve had to call them for maintenance thing... read more
Rented from Kingswoods for 4 years. The Office and maintenance team always handled any problems I had with care. The Office gals were always extremely professional and helpful. Probably one of the best properties I have ever rented from If the need to rent arises again, I would definitely be going through them.
Amazing location. Walking distance to Fred Meyers grocery store. Quiet community. Maintenance was always responsive whenever i needed assistance. Sad to be leaving.
