I couldn’t agree more with previous post. I’m so disgusted with these apartments. The one bedroom has one vent in the bedroom and it gets so hot in the summer I can’t even sleep. Windows really don’t close very dangerous for break ins. Joan is a bitch that’s true doesn’t care about anything. Stray cats bugs in apartments very moldy smell. Old apartment smells like mold I can’t even run my dishwasher because it smells like toxic water. Bats and centipedes everywhere. Windows are from the 70s so they don’t even close. Anyone who writes a good review about this place must have really come from a bad apartment to begin with. Raised everyone’s rent 60 dollars this year. You will pay 300 to 500 a month In electric easy for a one bedroom. I have heard residents in 2 bedrooms paying up to a 1000 a month. Everything is electric. This place 20 years ago was considered a home created to perfection. Everything was very well kept from outdoors and indoors. The maintenance crew at that time was always friendly and helpful with any situation you may have encountered and most importantly always on time! The neighbors were great and never had any real issues. Now that the original owner had passed away for quite sometime, the new owner who took over could careless about the upkeeping with the property. I, too, lived at Kingswick and was forced out by the insane increases in rent. Starting at $915 for.1 bdrm in 2012 & yearly increases....i finally had enough in 2015 when the increase was going up to $985. There had not been any improvements, updates, fresh paint...nothing to excuse increases. High eff washer/dryer can only handle 3-4 items per load....not very efficient.
