Boardwalk-Kingsway Tower is the second Boardwalk apartment building in Edmonton that I've lived in. The first one I lived in was close to WEM. I've been happy with both my Boardwalk apartments, although I wish my Kingsway Tower apartment was bigger and that I had a balcony. I am very impressed with the work that was done outside (asphalt parking, concrete sidewalks, move Boardwalk sign, cut trees, put in lawn), especially as the money required to do this was, in my opinion, NOT reflected in my 2026 rent increase. I DO want to sugges thattwo parking spots out front be CHANGED to VISITOR PARKING. I am jmpressed by how friendly , professional and hardworking the Boardwalk staff are.
