We bought our first house this fall with much help from Christine with Kingsway. She was very patient with us as we asked a lot of questions as first time homeowners. She gave us a lot of helpful insight with her prior experience flipping houses. Throughout the whole process we never felt pressure, and we always felt that Christine made time for us. She knows the business well and is very honest. Alessandra was also very helpful when it came time to close and sign documents. We have no reservations about Kingsway Realty.

I am so regretful that we worked with Tom Horst to buy our home in Lancaster in 2015. He was completely dishonest with us, and simply worked to close the deal. He recommended a home inspector, Paul Inman, who overlooked/missed/failed to report approximately $70K in defects and hazards, which another home inspector (third party - no relation to Horst or Kingsway Realty) found immediately. We have used Kingsway for a number of homes, Ervin Barkman in particular , and found that his honesty is above any we have ever seen. We have come to consider Ervin and his family as friends.
