Complete over reaction to Covid. Somone on the 4th floor tests positive and EVERYONE is confined to their room! Lock up the ill and let the rest enjoy their remaining time! Its ongoing and more like a jail! Don't place your loved ones here!
My father was lucky enough to secure a spot here in May of this year, leaving his home of 22 years after my mom passed away. Right away the staff was there to help him make the adjustments to this new life, encouraging him to participate in daily activities, making sure he was at all his meals and helping him when required. The residents all are so happy and friendly and he has already made friends. Over the past few years while providing regular companionship to many residents at Kingsway’s I’ve been so impressed with the facility, people and operation of this retirement home that I felt compelled to share my thoughts.
