Terrific service. Holly was super helpful and there were so many frames that actually fit me. The pricing is more than reasonable and with the 2nd pair at 1/2 price I got sunglasses as well. Certainly can recommend this business
I stopped in Kingsway Optical on my way through town. I recently moved up to the area and my regular eye dr is a few hours away. I explained my situation to them an stated I needed an eye exam due to the amount of driving I am doing now due to being in school full time. They kindly informed me there was a bit of a wait for an appointment but if there were any cancellations they would call me. To my surprise I received a call the very next day. Great service and optician!
I needed new glasses and decided to call Kingsway optical. I spoke to Holly the owner, she was very easy to work with and very informative. She has a great selection of glasses with lots of options for smaller faces. She showed me several, most of which fit perfectly. I decided on a pair and could not be happier with the service provided by Holly. I will definatly return in the future.
Holly got me warranty replacement frames for my damaged glasses. They were ready for pick up the next day and at no cost to me.....Fantastic!
