I recently needed an exterminator. I reached out to Kingsway. The entire office staff was amazing and exceptionally pleasant and helpful. The inspector & exterminators were timely, efficient and a pleasure as well. I would recommend them in a heart beat. Thank you all for your help.

How is it that three grown individuals consistently failed to demonstrate the professionalism of arriving within the scheduled 3–4 hour time window. Instead, choosing to show up at their own convenience months in a row? Why is their response always, “call the company directly and let them know,” rather than ensuring accountability on their end? Additionally, it appears your employees have not been properly trained, as they have sprayed insecticides directly onto customers’ furniture and heaters.
