I would not visit this store ever again. You deserve less than one star. very rood and disrespectful customer service. When I went there to purchase a product, I got a parking ticket for parking at the plaza in front of the shop that was designed for a parking cars. After speaking with kingsway customer service to cancel my ticket, just by giving me a simple latter that I have been in the shop. I got the Hunter Douglas Luminette curtain blinds and the quality is superb. Maria was so attentive and patient with me, she gave me a good price for the size I wanted and had the whole job completed within three weeks. %100 percent recommend!
I was so impressed and satisfied with the results. Ordered Hunter Douglas pirouette blinds for my living room and it was a very smooth process all together. Thank you Maria for being so kind, attentive and answering all my questions.
We had a very good experience with Kingsway Carpet. Maria was great in helping us decide on carpeting and George was very helpful when he came to our home to measure. Nur and his son, who installed the carpeting, did an excellent job and were very careful and tidy. I would definitely recommend.
