I love working with this company. I was advised against using them, but I eventually learned the right questions to ask. In the meantime they helped manage my child’s medication and play services. They are working to make things better but they need more staff. Everyone I have worked with really care for our needs. But then again I do show them respect. Everyone here is very helpful. I got the care my child needed asap. If you need to see someone immediately for crisis intervention, the counselors can help. They'll also do an assessment and evaluation with a psychiatrist. A counselor will sit with you or your loved one and come up with a personal treatment plan. They are free for low income families. I would recommend this place to anyone vs. some more expensive treatment place or a therapist in a hospital. You do need to reach out to them and express your needs and concern... read more
Worst service, they don't call you back when they say. They will only have availability for an appointment if your a threat to yourself or others. They want you to call them on Monday or Tuesday at 8am for an in take patient but when you do still no available appointments. It's a complete waste of anyone's time trying to get help here. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
Phenomenal services. The counselors, the doctors. the nurses all phenomenal people with hearts full of Gold. A building full of compassionate people with like minded goals.
I went for help and they put a warrent for my arrest and sent me to Harlingen on Christmas day! I went to ask for help and they snatched me away from my family at the worst time in my life!!!! What the hell is wring with these people!????
