I had an incredible first visit with Dr. Francisco today. He was very thorough, patient, and took the time to listen. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients, which is so important in a family doctor. I left feeling reassured, supported, and confident knowing I’ll have him as my doctor for years to come. Honestly - a very kind and professional experience from start to finish.
This review is about the building and hygiene and facility at 200 Main St, a big newish looking block which houses this business amongst others. On a recent visit to the family health centre, I was directed to the restroom next to the elevators, the one and only which caters to the many health services located in the building. It has been a sad, bad and never visit again experience! The restroom was dirty, full of black flies, smelly and horrible. It was shocking.
