Normally I don't complain about things as life is too short, however nails have become super expensive so i believe that its not only the quality but also the service that should be accounted for. I’ve been a regular customer at Kingsview Nails and usually have a great experience. But yesterday was terrible. I booked a manicure with shellac and forgot to mention that my nails also needed a powder gel top-up. I thought it would be automatic since they’ve been doing my nails regularly and already know. When I asked for the powder gel before starting, the receptionist got furious. He said I should have mentioned it at the time of booking and started cursing loudly in his language. I started getting my nails done at the end of June with a design for trip I was going. . They nailed it!! I come with fun designs and they have no problem doing them for me... today was exception. Great customer service and will highly recommend!
