Called Kingstree for the first time last week (found them in the internet as a local company) issue with a leaking exterior hose bib. Joey showed up, a bit early even (+1) I explained what I thought was a HUGE issue, and he quickly brought me back from the edge and explained that he has preformed this exact fix many times. I was very happy with the service I received. We had an obviously difficult situation here and nobody likes to have unexpected bills. I chose the cheapest option but after a couple of hours it was clear that it wasn’t working. They ultimately had to do the expensive option . They didn’t charge for the first service and discounted generously for the second. Most importantly my sinks are draining properly. I would happily use them again!

Michael and his partner came to our home to fix a plumbing issue that a previous company misdiagnosed, and they did an excellent job. They were very thorough, taking the time to carefully inspect everything and even pointing out a few other problems and quick fixes we weren’t aware of. We really appreciated their care and attention to detail during the visit. Honestly, we wish we had found Kingstreet sooner - they could have saved us a lot of money and headaches. Highly recommend!

Had a great experience, overall Dane was quick and friendly and did exactly what we needed. I liked that they checked all other plumbing in the house as a courtesy to make sure things were in good shape. Before the service was great as well, I always was informed when a technician would come by and never wondered what time I could expect them.

My kitchen faucet come loose last weekend, Kingstree came on Tuesday morning. I was sure the faucet could be tightened so did not price out faucet replacements The friendly plumber explained that it could not be tightened and I would need to replace it. To my horror I was shown a selection of similar faucets in the $1300 to $1500 range.
