The receptionist is so rude and unprofessional. I unfortunately had to cancel my new patient appointment because my baby was sick, so I couldn’t drop him off to a babysitter and I didn’t feel like they would want me to bring him into the office. She informed me AFTER I cancelled they apparently have a “300$ same day cancellation policy” which I was never told when booking the appointment. I get it, it’s inconvenient but she should speak professionally to customers or not be employed. I definitely will never be booking here a... read more
