We saw Dr. Chang today and she was absolutely wonderful! Normally my 14 yr old cat is very fearful and aggressive with strangers but Dr. Chang's friendly and calm demeanor (and obvious gift with cats!) made my cat Ziggy stay the calmest I've ever seen him at the vet. Now don't get me wrong, he was still no Mr. Sunshine for them when he needed X-ray and bloodwork done, but the staff amazingly got all the testing done they needed to even without his cooperation. :p Thank you to ALL the incredible staff at Kingstowne Cat Clinic... read more
It is comforting to know that I can go to a vet and not bombarded with purchasing insurance for my cat. We love all the vets and staff at Kingstowne Cat Clinic. Very knowledgeable, professional, kind, and reasonable. They really take the time to talk to you, they really have a conversation with you about your concerns/your cat's care. They are always so helpful and quick to respond to any questions or concerns.
This clinic is fantastic. From the Vets, to the staff, to the facilities. They truly care for your cat(s). The boarding is especially good because the staff interact with the cats to keep them active and relaxed during their stay.
