I’ve lived here over five years and If I’ve had any types of problems, they’ve been taken care of, and I don’t have any issues.
The PROPERTY MANAGER, Shannon, is the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PERSON I have ever dealt with. I applied for an apartment a week before Christmas 2024, and I was approved, cool. The application fee was $25 (which I paid card) and the security deposit was $300 (money order). No big deal. I was told that I would receive my security deposit back if I did not sign for the place but that was not the case.
