I found the manager, Matt, sarcastic and generally unhelpful. It was as if every second talking to me caused him physical pain. I had to fake a smile many times to simply ask him basic questions about what the club offers. It took 3 months to get a response the last time I tried to start sailing courses in 2024, and that was only after I left a bad review.
