I found the manager, Matt, sarcastic and generally unhelpful. It was as if every second talking to me caused him physical pain. I had to fake a smile many times to simply ask him basic questions about what the club offers. It took 3 months to sort-of get a response the last time I tried to start sailing courses in 2024, and that was only after I left a bad review. 2 days had to be cancelled for my learn to sail course. Maggie is the absolute best. Our event here was amazing!!!! Everyone at the Kingston Yacht Club was wonderful and made our night so special. The service was incredible!!
