I found the manager, Matt, sarcastic and generally unhelpful. It was as if every second talking to me caused him physical pain. I had to fake a smile many times to get through it, and I knew he was faking one too. It took 3 months to sort-of get a response the last time I tried, in 2024, and that was only after I left a bad review. 2 days had to be cancelled for my learn to sail course. I did not get a refund for either of those days.
Thanks to Matt and the team. Very friendly and professional service made us feel welcomed for our 3 day stop in our trip. It’s a busy sailing club; we liked watching the sailers/racers coming out and sailing in front of the club. And the clubhouse and history is very impressive. Glad we visited.
