Great service. We replaced our front and back doors. Ben & Bill were amazing installers. They worked all day in the extreme heat without complaint. They were professional, courteous and were very detailed in their work. They cleaned up as they worked. We love our new doors! Job well done.

Truly Exceptional Customer Service I recently discovered that the inside pane of one of my double-hung windows (with multiple panels) had cracked. After making several calls to inquire about the process of ordering a replacement thermal unit, I became disheartened when I couldn’t get a clear answer regarding the seal color. I was told it would “usually” come in black or silver, but I specifically wanted it to match my existing windows (white), especially since it would be noticeable alongside the other panes. This is a great company in Kingston, as they were the only place I could find what I needed for my rental place. No others could deliver, let alone would quote readily, on 1 window, when asked. Jesse was quick and accurate to measure and verify the window would fit. It came in early as I needed urgently and Seth and Bill installed it very professionally, in a tricky and tight place. They quoted a price and then realized that the quote was for 4 not 1 window, then when they came to re-quote the agent was rude and disrespectful saying that it was our fault. Would suggest that you look elsewhere /

We recently had three large family room windows as well as two doors replaced. The work was VERY well done, it looks absolutely FANTASTIC! Will and Seth are stellar professionals and we could not be happier with the results. It is so reassuring to find a company that can answer lots of questions, perform highly-skilled work and treat customers with dedication.
