I just had Jim and Bill out to adjust the beautiful front door I had installed in the spring . Now with the cooler weather, the door needed an adjustment. Wow, honestly... they came on time, took their time to adjust it perfectly, had me check it out and were so lovely to deal with. I can't say enough good things about this company. I'm telling you, do not hesitate to contact them. They really are wonderful
Just ordered a handful of windows, they have not come in yet (only been a week) but im giving them a 5star for how awesome the ordering process was. Their rep and I went over the dimensions multiple times to ensure accuracy. I was shown very option available and a discussion was had about my particular needs for each window. Highly recommended
We recently had three large family room windows as well as two doors replaced. The work was VERY well done, it looks absolutely FANTASTIC! Will and Seth are stellar professionals and we could not be happier with the results. It is so reassuring to find a company that can answer lots of questions, perform highly-skilled work and treat customers with dedication. We had 7 large windows replaced and every step of the process has been handled promptly & professionally. From Chris' recommendation on an energy evaluation, to the detailed estimates provided by Jesse to the perfect installation by Seth & Will. Everyone showed up on time and were courteous and pleasant to work with. And, they were $1500 less than my other 2 quotes. I would highly recommend the team at Kingston Windows & Doors.
