The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They are patient with concerned new pet owners who have many questions.
Very professional! Extremely caring! Personable and Thorough. My one pup can be difficult and was last year and I worked on it and a tad better visit this time where she actually behaved for staff. But there was also a lot of patience for me and my pup. Then weight suggestions and we are onto it as nothing worked with that. But I was informed on a plan to go at this. Took about 2 weeks to get an appointment for a regular checkup, so if this is an emergency I think they may have fit me in earlier but I’m not sure. I left happy knowing Billee is good to go and my home remedy for his ear infection did the trick. No further medication or testing as purposed. Wishing vet care weren’t so expensive but that’s the price you pay. $171.00 for about 15 minutes of peace of mind. I will return if Billee needs further care regardless of cost.
They were fantastic with our new puppy. Very welcoming and super friendly. They had a lot of very informative brochures to help navigate do’s and don’t s when having a new puppy. Overall great experience and I would recommend anyone to take their pet to this vet!
