Really appreciate the care and services from the vet and technicians (from diagnostics and treatments to insurance claims support) for my sweet cat Guzz. I never felt like they were letting money drive their recommendations. When it came to end of life matters for Guzz, they supported my choice for end of life care at home and provided contacts for me to connect with. Thanks again.
I brought my dog in because she was having issues with her tail (she had a mass on her tail for awhile and was causing problems). They never rushed me to make any type of decision and always made sure I knew what my options were. They always picked up the phone and constantly reassured me with any issues I had regarding her care. The surgeon was amazing and called me during the surgery to make sure I knew what was going on. I was concerned about costs. When I expressed that they were very kind and understanding. They gave me honest suggestions and quotes for different care for my cat Hammy. I never felt judged. I left feeling very grateful for their services.
The staff and doctors are amazing and caring as well as professional. I have switched clinics and I'm so glad I did.
I wish there was a way to give 0 stars. Due to the hyper fixation on 'diet' being an issue, the reluctance to do an ultrasound as it would "not show us anything useful", my poor sweet cat is now in critical condition. Had I not sought out a second opinion that was willing to do an xray and ultrasound, my sweet cat would not be with us today. I am glad I trusted my gut and would advise all pet parents to do the same. Dr.Llera's incompetence has left my 8 year old cat fighting for his life, very literally. I had been going to ... read more
