Wow, the rude experience I've had today is shocking. There was an extremely distressed cat in the neighbourhood in need of help, so i was able to catch it & walk it over to the vet clinic to have it scanned for a microchip & be guided on what the next steps i should take are & was met with an extremely rude woman at the front desk who pretty much refused to help.
