My dealings with their service team have been amazing. Zenko and their colleagues have always answered my questions promptly and courteously. Zenko has been wonderful in helping with scheduling and rescheduling my service appointments, as well as responding to my emails regarding my car’s performance. I’m very happy with how respectful and professional they are.
Fantastic Service. Professional Employees. Excellent Communication. I travel an hour and a half to get my 4runner serviced at this specific location. A++
Just got back from service this morning on my 21 Taco Nightshade. One of 5000 built on special order that year.. special truck. In service date was 5 years ago Saturday. Had a bit of confusion due to a change of owners in between ordering and delivery but after 5 years. The truck is still happy. No major issues at all. Thanks folks
I came on a Wednesday and it wasn't very busy, I was able to get an appointment very quickly and my car was done in an hour (service 2). They offered free coffee, hot chocolate and tea while we were waiting, with a TV in the lounge and a small table with colouring books for kids. Like most service places they had a free shuttle, the driver Dennis was fantastic and Zenko at the front desk was also super sweet.
I brought my 2006 Tacoma in for the frame inspection under the recall and was told everything was fine, and left with a protective coating applied. I even followed up with additional Krown rust protection a year or two later. Now, in 2025, the frame has failed. I’ve reached out to Toyota Kingston multiple times, but have received no response. Extremely disappointing given the seriousness of the recall issue.
