I brought my 2006 Tacoma in for the frame inspection under the recall and was told everything was fine, and left with a protective coating applied. I even followed up with additional Krown rust protection a year or two later. Now, in 2025, the frame has failed. I’ve reached out to Toyota Kingston multiple times, but have received no response. Extremely disappointing given the seriousness of the recall issue.
I went to Kingston Toyota for an issue with my 2017 Honda CRV Touring after being unable to connect with the Service Department at Kingston Honda. The representatives are most friendly and helpful. They were happy to book me in the following morning. I was informed that they would be able to fix most problems except for those related to software of the on-board computer.
