Worst experience ever they never give notice when they enter your room, admin are extremely hostile and send passive aggressive emails daily, and will try and tell you that you can’t have guests in your own house. stay away from co-op to avoid the worst university experience

Unfortunately, I got assigned a very old house that would have needed some renovations and painting before the start of the lease. The rent is indeed cheaper, but you also pay for what you get. During the start of the fall semester, it was very hot and humid and the house was not well ventilated, thus making it very uncomfortable.
Ive been living in a co-op house for several months now and I feel as though there are some crucial bits of information left out of many of these reviews and I would like to describe my experience of Co-op. For starters, the visits, co op has no boundaries whatsoever and will frequently come into your house without notice.
