Unhelpful, arrogant staff. Cant beleive you can run a buisness that way. A real shame.
I took a 19' Visa trailer to Kingston RV because we had electrical problems. We didn't buy the trailer here but they were willing to take a look at it to diagnose the problem. Turns out the electrical converter was fried and almost started a fire in the trailer. They fixed the problem and within a couple of days the trailer worked fine again. Service was prompt and the staff were friendly. I would recommend anyone coming here for service (or buying a RV!).
Great dealing with the staff at Kingston R.V., absolutely no complaints.
