do not rent here! it has been the worst experience of my life. these people should be investigated and put out of business.
The apartment manager is rude and has called the police on multiple occasions regarding my boyfriend being at my house even though we have shown her his mortgage papers proving he doesnt live here. She even towed his Jeep recently. There is no contact at all from the owners. Just the ignorant office worker and her girl friend. The apartments are crappy and the deposit is \$500 (even in income based apts) also, the \$99 deposit special they run isnt given to anyone. ever. Go somewhere else.
Strong advice - dont rent here. They will over charge you for anything! Ask the renters that live here how happy they are? No one likes the owner or the office staff. Dont get STUCK HERE!
As a tenant in these apartments, I strongly recommend you look elswhere. They do not fix things when they need fixed, dirty carpet that they refuse to replace after 7 years. That is you are living in 7 years worth of other peoples filth. They can not keep employees and lets talk about the lawn care. They mow only once every two weeks, giving our children nice big bug bites. I would NOT recommend living in these apartments. They do not fix things and charge YOU for normal wear and tear on their cheaply built apartments. I have known several people to be without their heat and air, new carpet coming unravelled because it is soooo cheap, closet racks pulling out of the wall because it has mounted just into the drywall and not a stud, and the list goes on. Save your self the hassle and look elsewhere.
I agree with the other comments. For start they paint their apartments with a Flat White paint so you cannot clean them off especially if you have small children, this way they can charge you for it at the end also the blinds they put over the windows break very easily just another way so they can charge you big \$\$\$ for it. Also the owner is cold and do not care families only \$\$\$\$\$\$ owe I forgot and they lie to you. I would not reccomend this place to anybody.
