RecommendedKingston is a wonderful place for senior living in Catawba County. I’ve worked here for almost three years, but for a decade before that, I visited and enjoyed events here. It’s lovely, the employees are wonderful, and the residents are truly amazing!
There are not enough words for how disappointed and disgusted I am with this company. They should be SHUT. DOWN. We had to remove my grandmother from this place in the middle of COVID-19 because they completely neglected her. Her room was trashed and had BUGS everywhere. They never checked on her and she sat in her chair for days without anyone checking on her or having her get up and walk. The levels of care that residents receive. It's one of the nicest facilities of its type that I know...especially based on having had a family member there for several years.
I have been a caregiver at this facility for about 3 years and I have fallen in love with the residents AND staff! Kingston is the best!! The staff will do whatever it takes to make sure the residents are taken care of and happy!
I’ve been blessed enough to be an employee here for almost 7 years and I love the precious residents! You can tell they are happy and feel at home. The staff are so dedicated and work so hard to make sure everything revolves around keeping the residents safe, healthy, and happy! The nursing staff are knowledgeable, friendly and caring. There are so many activities for the residents to participate in and the food is amazing!! This is by far the best community to retire in!!!

Beautiful facility, excellent care & kind, caring staff makes Kingston stand out among other Independent & Assisted Livings in our area! I’ve been proud to work here for over 6 years now. Kingston is an excellent place to work - they invest in their staff by providing ongoing training to every employee throughout the year. There’s just a great atmosphere here all around!
