No, not at all. VERY unprofessional and unhelpful. My Grandma just finally got out of this place to go somewhere else. Wouldn't recommend it at all.
So not understanding and they ignore their residents call lights
RecommendedKingston is a wonderful place for senior living in Catawba County. I’ve worked here for almost three years, but for a decade before that, I visited and enjoyed events here. It’s lovely, the employees are wonderful, and the residents are truly amazing!
RecommendedI have worked at Kingston for over 10 years and it’s been more than a job. It’s been my second home with extended family. We have a lot of heart and soul at Kingston. Your loved one is loved and we take pride in what we do.
There are not enough words for how disappointed and disgusted I am with this company. They should be SHUT. DOWN. We had to remove my grandmother from this place in the middle of COVID-19 because they completely neglected her. Her room was trashed and had BUGS everywhere. They never checked on her and she sat in her chair for days without anyone checking on her or having her get up and walk. I truly hope anyone with family here checks in on their family members because it is NOT good. We are taking legal action against this c... read more
My uncle was recently here for rehab. The communication was terrible. The first and only care plan we had, no nurse was present. The social worker was clueless to my uncles baseline or goals for his stay and discharge. He was there a week when we were notified he was to discharge. At this point no care plan had even occurred. He had asked for a chest X-ray.. no one knew why it was never ordered. A med change was made and discharge was set before his med change was even monitored to ensure he was stable. RecommendedKingston at Dupont has a knowledgeable, caring staff who treat their residents like family. Residents are carefully monitored and their special needs are addressed appropriately. We appreciate their love and kindness.
RecommendedI was there in 2015, and 2019. Both for rehab after surgeries. And they were all wonderful!
