Visiting an emergency vet is never a fun time, but the staff and vets here made it as stress-free as possible. I had to bring my cat in after he ingested part of a lily and needed to be on IV fluids with monitoring for 48hrs. Everyone at the clinic was calm, kind, and reassuring. I was able to relax a bit knowing that he was in good hands. He returned home healthy and happy.
I came from Belleville this past week to this clinic. Understanding that pets are triaged according to needs, we were in and out in a reasonable time and treated very well by the staff. If we find ourselves in need of an after hours emergency clinic again, I wouldn’t hesitate to come back.
Heart breaking visit but the team was compassionate, professional and honest.
We brought our senior cat in on Sunday morning. The staff were very kind and friendly and treated our cat with care. The wait was a bit long but that's to expected in a triage situation. We will return in tje future if needed.
