I would rate the Kingston Regional Pet Hospital with zero stars. Our dog needed to see a veterinarian as soon as possible. So Saturday night (April 13, 2024), I phoned the Kingston Regional Pet Hospital to let them know that we were on our way. The Kingston Regional Pet Hospital told us to go to go to our regular vet on Sunday, the Princess Animal Hospital, because the Princess Animal Hospital now has emergency services. Had to have my cat put down and the staff was incredibly kind during the process. They allowed lots of time for me to spend with my cat before and after, and were good at explaining the process. The price was very fair as well, was actually $200 less than my usual emergency vet which was closed. Would definitely recommend and I will be going there in the future if need be
I had to make the devastating decision to bring the love of my life in (6 year old Old English Bulldog named Gunner who was epileptic) knowing he would not be coming home after having 14 seizures in 48 hours. The staff on Sunday were amazing and the tech, Onie even sat and listened to our stories about him until we were ready to leave him. She even said she would sit with him so he wouldn't be alone.
