The staff here were exceptional. I had a late night sudden emergency with my dog, they took us in immediately, we had a diagnosis and medication within the hour. Super kind people who you can tell really love animals. Would trust them with my dog again.
If i could leave 0 stars i would, rushed my puppy there because she couldn’t move her tail and wasn’t going to the bathroom at all and was in serious distress and crying non stop. had to wait 15 minutes for someone to come out to the desk and another 20 after filling out the form while we could hear the staff talking and laughing in the back. was told it would be a 7-8 hour wait and it’s now 28 hours and no call or nothing. We unfortunately have had to attend this hospital twice, for two different cats in true end of life emergencies. Having rescue animals with pre existing and complicated medical histories is hard. However, both times we have had to bring our babies here, they have been treated promptly and with care. The tech we had for our most recent visit was so lovely from the moment we were in the door. I taken my cat (Lou) from Belleville to here to be monitored for over 24 hours due to health concerns. Unfortunately we didn't get to bring him home but the care he got was amazing. I would like to thank the two doctors Dr. Atwa and Dr. Kasimanwuna plus the rest of the team for giving my baby a comfortable stay while he was there and the check in phone calls every 12 hours to let me know how he was doing.
