We purchased our STR in Cape Coral several months ago, and it has been a huge success because of Kingston Realty! Their wisdom, and expertise in the STR market was uncanny, and vital in the current market. We went under contract on a different home, and they guided us through the inspection period with such ease, and saved us thousands of dollars. Went back looking, and got a beautiful pool home at asking price, and got seller concessions. That's unheard of in this market! Great work team Kingston Realty!
