So im writing this to help some else out. Please do not rent here and waste your time. The lady in the front office gave me a good deal, told me there was good maintenance when she gave me a tour and made everything sound nice.( knowing I was about to give birth soon as she asked how far along I was and I said 8 months and she said she was so excited for us to move in) then comes our move in date we went around and checked the apartment, ceiling fans did not work, lights in one room did not work, some of the kitchen cabinets... read more
Staff is so sweet and helpful. Apartments are clean and maintained. Ive never had any issues here. Lovely place.
1/10 . Do not recommend Kingston Port. Maintenance here is honestly pretty bad. Requests either get ignored or take months to get done! even after calling more than once. It feels like unless you keep bothering them nothing really happens. I’ve also spoke with a few other residents out of curiosity and a LOT of them are also dealing with the same thing!! I really like this place! Going to renew my lease just finished my first year. The hot water never runs out (on demand hot water) and it seems the community is nice (mostly retired). Office staff is very helpful (Lorena is always very friendly and prompt to help) and maintenance has been quick to fix my issues. 10/10 for the price and location.
Have lived at this property since about April 2024. The management has changed CONSTANTLY and with each new owner no signs of improvements have came. Work orders take forever or are sometimes never acknowledged. There is mold in several units and I have even seen tenants have to vacate units due to this problem. The inside has bubbles of water trapped within the walls and there is moisture damage to a lot of the kitchen appliances. My cabinets routinely rotted because of the water and fell apart in my hands.
