A simple truthful review. You will have consistent maintenance issues and when you call in a maintenance issue to the office you will be waiting months for them to actually fix something. I've had constant plumbing issues to the point that it took 1 year to have a simple trash disposal replaced, and that's only because the sewer backed-up into the kitchen sink :( I wore my pandemic mask all night because of the horrible sewer smell.
