I was there July 21 for the weekend. The stay and the service were horrible . We requested towels and bath cloths at 10am and they arrived at 2:30pm. I called numerous times and was told they were coming and never arrived . We stayed in the Brighton building. I walked every floor in search of an ice machine only to discover there wasn’t one in the building . There was one plate and one coffee cup. One roll of tissue as well . So far, my experience here is not good. Staff is very rude and has not offered to help me in any way (I am traveling alone and I am disabled/depend on a wheelchair). I was told that I would have to wait until 4pm for my room and now they're telling me that there is no guarantee that the room will be ready at 4pm, that I may have to wait longer. There are also a bunch of hidden fees that I was unaware of until I arrived. So far, I am not impressed. Book somewhere else.
Well they got us on this one. Can’t tell from the pics but next door under major construction, toilet not bolted down, walls paper thin, $15 breakfast taste strange, room smells like animals, beds uncomfortable (you will sleep every other night). I wasn’t going to write this but went to check out a day early and the front desk clerk put it over the edge with “I don’t know how to check you out a day early…” This place is not worth the money.
