Stopped in this afternoon for some assistance replacing my sunglasses lenses, which I purchased myself. I intended to drop off the glasses and return for pickup, but they fixed them for me right on the spot. To my surprise, they did all of this with no charge to me. I am appreciative of this so much and would recommend them to others. Great customer service!!
Cassidy was amazing! I stopped in while on a work trip because my glasses were loose and I was worried they might break. She fixed them quickly and provided excellent customer service with a smile. Her kindness and professionalism made my day. Thank you!

Absolutely love this place. The eye doctor and older lady who works the front desk are so kind and welcoming. However, the young girl I dealt with on the phone today regarding my son’s glasses wasn’t so nice. She wouldn’t listen to what I was saying and just tried to rush me off the phone. I felt like I wasn’t being heard and I was a burden to her. Maybe she handled the questions the way she was supposed too but her rudeness was not necessary and very unprofessional.
