I wish there had been an experience.. no one answers the phone.. ever.. I called at least a dozen times between Monday and Friday this past week.. the message assured me that someone would call within 24 to 48 hours.. no one calls in any amount of hours. To say I am disappointed would be quite an understatement. I'm a professional, I don't understand how anyone runs a business this way

Had my 15month old dog neutered and it was a very easy process. Professional and courteous staff at the clinic thank you he is recovering well

I had my cat spayed this Monday and the procedure seemed to go fine. I was surprised that I never even met the vet, rather an assistant who seemed competent. My issue is that they have not answered their phone in 3 days. They are open. I was told if my cat got diahhrea or vomiting to call right away. Well she did and I’ve been calling, but no answer. This is not acceptable. I ended up calling my own vet who will see her immediately. Would not recommend this clinic for that reason. No way to follow up.
