Must ring first thing in morning to get an appointment. Nonwalk in appointments. Staff helpful.
Dr's are very thorough making sure everything is up to date. and friendly.
Also terrible experience. Presented with a urinary tract infection. Was asked to pay $85 as they don't bulk bill. Filled in the forms but was not seen by a doctor. As a traveller I was not advised where the Kingston Hospital was located. Eventually got treated at at Bordertown Hospital who were wonderful
The staff and service here is fabulous, much appreciated care always.
Terrible experience start to finish. Made us wait 2 hours in the car and provided no help and charged for hour long appointment even though I was with the doctor for 7 minutes.
