We’ve lived here for a couple years now, and while we were a little worried at first because of the reviews when we first moved in I gotta say they really do have a wonderful property management team & maintenance team. When we first moved in 2 years ago the lady that showed us the place said there was a change in management & that is the property management team that still currently works there today. I am actually a resident of summit pointe, managed by same entity, but I'm leaving this review in regards to our shared maintenance team. Bryan, the maintenance manager is a one of a kind leader, but the team gathering around him is truly a great match. I am in awe of one of Bryan 's workers, Shawn. I saw this man push whole SUV's uphill on our community streets, all the while directing freaked out women stuck in ice who very clearly did not know how to handle icy road conditions.
