laundry room is crap, washers and dryers always broken, loud trashy neighbors screaming and yelling and slamming doors, horrible maintenance, thin walls, hUGE bug problem DONT LIVE HERE
There are two possibilities here, either the leasing agency/owners have forgotten they even own this complex or they are just slum gods that just want money and don't care. Either way it's bad. I've lived here for over a year now only because it's the only thing I can afford right now. But for even $630 a month I expect atleast a clean place. • Its ALWAYS dirty • doors have literal holes in them for months • lawn gets mowed once a month • their "scheduled" maintenance and pest control is never when they say it is, so random ... read more
- Horrible maintenances (interior/exterior) - Very common that your hallway might be flooded after rains - Swimming pool has been closed for years even in summer - Only a few washing machines (that actually work) for the entire complex. The laundry room could be flooded randomly. - Impossible to talk to anyone (100% always voicemail only) - Phone number was changed without notifying tenants
Would give 0 stars if I could. Mold in my walls and they still want $800 a month.
