Sold me pellets they didnt have. The yard guys were extremely nice. The woman behind the counter ignored me not once but twice in one visit. And Denied a refund. When i returned the next week after having NO heat for a week. I was treated the same way by this horrible lady,kellie. This is after i was told i would get extra pellets and that kellie has been talked to. Can you believe kellie did the exact same thing upon returning to finally get the pellets.
