As first-time home buyers my wife and I were overwhelmed at all the new things we need to learn. Thankfully Kingston was able to patiently answer all of our questions about the home buying process, give us insights into the various neighborhoods we were considering, and teach us about what to look for in the inspection reports. Kingston is very kind and knowledgeable. He helped us find our dream house and at a great price! He’s always available to address my questions and concerns. I found some minor issue after buying the house and he immediately helped me find a contractor to get it repaired.

You can’t fake genuineness. Kingston is one of the most genuine people I’ve ever met and it shows in how he delivers information (even hard to hear things like getting outbid) and how he speaks and handles business. One of the reasons why he was able to help us get a house was because he has built himself a reputation of kindness, one of integrity and one of honesty, which shows in how he cares for his clients.
